TACVPR committees serve to coordinate and organize annual events and provide information to the general membership.  Currently there are three committees in operation:

Conference Committee:

The conference committee needs members from September to April each year. It is responsible for planning and running the annual TACVPR conference. If you would like to serve on the committee please contact Dean Diersing at mdiersing@teamumc.com.

Communications Committee:

TACVPR's quarterly newsletter is created and published by this group. This committee needs members all year and would like stories from any member throughout the year. If you would like to help out with the Communication Committee please contact Dean Diersing at mdiersing@teamumc.com.

Certification Committee:

Program Certification was designed by AACVPR to help establish a standardized criteria by which cardiac and pulmonary programs could be evaluated. Certification by AACVPR is to provide the highest quality of patient care. The goal of program certification and recertification is to assure that programs are meeting the essential standards of care described in the 4th Edition Guidelines for Cardiac Rehabilitation and Secondary Prevention Programs.
